Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our return process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the item meets the return conditions above.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including return shipping costs.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items without original tags

  • Clearance or final sale items

This does not apply to items that are faulty or covered under Australian Consumer Law.
